How to Calculate Aguinaldo

The aguinaldo is a mandatory Christmas bonus in Mexico equivalent to at least 15 days of salary. Use this calculator to determine the correct amount for each employee.

Instructions:

• Full-Time Employees: Enter their monthly salary. The calculator will divide by 30 to get the daily wage, then multiply by 15 days.
• Part-Time Employees: Enter how many days per week they work and their daily wage. The calculator will determine their proportional aguinaldo based on days worked per year.
